Permanent Cosmetics Training
Our
permanent cosmetic training program is designed to meet/exceed
Oregon requirements. Unlike neighboring states, Oregon's
program leads to a license and is strictly state controlled.
All students must complete the minimum 360 hour program which can
take an average of 6-12 months. The program is divided into
two portions: theory and practice and client model work and
practice. We only offer training for the Oregon program - we
do not offer training to those outside of Oregon unless they wish to
take the Oregon program.
The instructor, Judith
is a licensed permanent cosmetics technician and State Certified
trainer in Oregon. She was one of the first to become CPCP
(Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional) and a trainer member
with the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. She is
co-author of a new Permanent Cosmetics text soon to be released by
Milady, Thomson-Delmar Publishing. Judy’s goal is to help a serious
dedicated few who want quality training, both inside and outside the
state of Oregon. Continuing education is also available for those
who have studied elsewhere.

comprehensive programs available. Continuing education recommended.

in Eugene, Oregon

coloration, areola re-pigmentation and small feminine design work.***

trainer in Oregon and an approved trainer with the Society of
