Permanent Cosmetics Training

NW Institute of Esthetics' permanent cosmetic training program is  designed to meet/exceed Oregon requirements.  Unlike neighboring states, Oregon's program leads to a license and is strictly state controlled.  All students must complete the minimum 360 hour program which can take an average of 6-12 months.  The program is divided into two portions: theory and practice and client model work and practice.  We only offer training for the Oregon program - we do not offer training to those outside of Oregon unless they wish to take the Oregon program.

Funding for permanent cosmetics is generally through private loans although Workforce (Worksource) and vocational rehabilitation programs may also pay for it. 

The instructor, Judith is a licensed permanent cosmetics technician and State Certified trainer in Oregon. She was one of the first to become CPCP (Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional) and a trainer member with the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. She is co-author of a  Permanent Cosmetics text Milady Publishing. Judy’s goal is to help a serious dedicated few who want quality training.
