I've been to the school in person (twice and looking forward to
future visits for more CE), and Judy absolutely rocks. Her 1200 hour
students are the future of esthetics.

Yesterday I attended the NCEA prep class taught by Judy Culp at
the NW Institute of Esthetics in Eugene Oregon. Judy did a wonderful
job, she is a true professional who happily shares her knowledge.
